Random Thoughts...

hmmm... felt like typing an entry.. full of thoughts these few days.. sorry that the following points don't seem related.. heez..

1. alot of people always say this phrase "God help those who help themselves.." my mom used to say that before she got saved.. well, i feel it is not true.. if u can help yourself, i dun think u will need God's help right? God loves you very much and would love to have you rest in His love and let Him take care of all your problems.. IF you let Him take care of all your problems, that makes Him feel like God.. so don't worry about your problems.. leave all your burdens and cares to God.. He wana feel like He is God.. so be rest assured that He will make everything work out extremely well for you in the end.. *smilez*

2. when God created the things like animals or sea creatures or the stars etc, He will speak to that atmosphere to create them.. like when He wants to create land animals, He spoke to the land.. when He wants to create stars in the sky, He spoke to the heavens.. but when He wanted to create Man, He spoke to Himself.. so we are created in the image of God..

AND for all these things to survive, they have to be close to their environment in which they are created from.. like the fish is created in the water so it has to stay in the water to survive.. a star in the sky must stay in the sky and if it drops down to earth, it becomes a dead star.. our spirits are from God so to survive spiritually, we should stay close to God..

3. i have often spoke about this verse "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. John 14:27.." well, i forgot if i have mentioned before but i will say this again.. the peace that Jesus gave us before He died was a peace that our environment cannot give us.. it is the inner peace that He gave us.. our outside environment cannot give us such peace.. you may go to spa etc to relax and be peaceful but if something is bothering you alot, you feel relaxed outwardly but feel stressed inwardly.. the peace that Jesus gave us is such that even if you are in a chaotic situation, you will still be at peace..

4. back to the creation point.. from the bible, Man, who is Adam, is created from the dust of the ground so man tends to be dirty and they dun mind being dirty.. woman, Eve, is created from Man's side so she has to stay close to man's side.. so guys, when you don't know how to make your girl happy or comfort her when she is upset, just hold her close to your side and she will be very happy..

5. guys, do you wana get your girl to watch soccer with you? imagine this scene..
He: "darling, come over here.."
She:"what you want?"
He:"you see that guy, wearing the number 12 shirt? his gf left him ah.. very sad ah.."
She:"is it?"
then your girl will come walking to the tv, sit down and watch soccer with you..

girls are people oriented while guys are object oriented.. that's why girls dun understand why will 22 big guys chase after a small little ball..
