The Romantic Side of me

13 Feb:

Had school the whole day and after school, I rushed down to Suntec to attend the Woman's workshop organised by my church. But before service, I bought the speakers which my bro had informed me that Bi loves. Quite heavy and had to carry it all the way to level 6 to the workshop.

14 Feb:

Bi is coming back today from Sabah. He had went back to Sabah on Saturday and is coming back today. My dad came to school to fetch me around 4 pm and brought me down to the nearest Cold Storage.

I had told my parents that I want to cook soup for Bi to drink (he's a soup lover).

My dad really is a great help! He actually accompanied me run around the store in hunt of the ingredients and also paid for all the items. He even kept asking me what Bi likes. Chocolate? Ice-cream? I got M&Ms for Bi and my dad kept asking me is it enough? Haha! I just love my dad! He loves me so much and now he also loves Bi alot too and treats him like one of his sons.

After buying all that is needed, we rushed back home and got all the pots and plates and went to Bi's house to start cooking. My dad left me and my mom at Bi's house to cook and he headed back to have a bath. But.. neither me or my mom knew how to start the fire of the cooker so after my dad bathed, he came down again to help out. I can't believe it! My parents had to help me so much to cook one pot of soup! -_-" Think I have to practice more cooking.. Haha! Anyway, my dad could not get the fire started too and soon, Bi reached home. -_-" And I only had the ingredients prepared! Not yet started cooking and he come back already.. -_-"

So.. In the end, my parents left me and Bi to cook and they sat in the living room to relax. Haha.. Bi watched the soup while I put in all the ingredients and in the end, the result was a pot of overly saltish corn and chicken soup. I had actually mistaken 10 teaspoons of liquid chicken stock to be 10 tablespoons of liquid chicken stock. What a blunder! So.. Bi cooked instant noodles using the soup so he had corn and chicken soup noodles for dinner that day. Haha! And my dinner was just the soup.

My parents left so that we can have some time together and we explored the speakers which I bought for him.

With love songs playing on the new speakers, we danced. A romantic dance to end the hectic but wonderful day.
