I'm back!

and going to change my blogskin soon (when I have the time..)!

Yesterday, Bi and I had to go down to an outdoor construction site to take some photos for work.

Me: Hey, it's going to rain! Let's quickly set off!
Him: No worries. We can use flash.
Me: Flash??

To me, rain=wet=my darling camera wet. To him, rain=dark=not enough light=use flash. Sometimes our frequency does not really match.

Upon reaching the site, a drizzle has set in.

Him: You stay in the car while I go take some quick pics.
Me: Do you need me to help you with the umbrella? (I don't want my camera wet!)
Him: Neh.. Won't be needing the umbrella..
Me: Oh ya, you only need the flash..

On second thoughts,

Him: Think I'll take the umbrella along..

Later in the evening, I met up with my college friends. One was getting married soon and we chit chat about the difference between the dating life and the marriage life.

Me: Hey, will your hubby be helping out with the housework in future?
P: Ehh.. (for the longest time)
L: Ah ya, ehh so long.. Must be no lah..
P: But I plan already. In future, I will wash my own things and he wash his own.
L: How about meals together? Either one of you have got to wash the dishes!
P: He will have his own bowl while I have my own. I'll wash mine and if he does not wash his, no food for him to eat. Same for clothes.
Me: Haha.. Okay..

After chit chatting, I felt really fortunate to have met Bi. He is a very independent guy who does all the cleaning up and washing. And most importantly, he has influenced me. I'm thinking, wouldn't it be better if both were to do the chores together rather than only one do while the other rest? Think it will be more enjoyable to do chores that way.

On other news, I went for mani and pedi just two days ago with my darling colleague Kitty! Thanks so much Kitty! I used her package and wanted to pay her but she just would not let me! She's like a big sister to me, always giving me advice during work! Muacks to Kitty!

Anyway, i have been experimenting with many things, like doing my own jewellery and practising on nail art. Not going to sell or provide such services, just for my own use and save $$.
